Tasks

• Management of the company with full responsibility for results.
• Leadership and development of employees.
• Relationship management and expansion of customer relationships.
• Responsibility for product development.
• Control and further development of processes and structures with regard to operational excellence.
• Representation of the company.

Requirements

• Solid academic background. Study of Chemistry.
• Experience in operational and strategic corporate management.
• Change management competence.
• Affinity for medium-sized companies.
• Experience in the process industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent language skills in English and German. Other languages are an advantage.
